Sometimes, life surprises me with a wedding that I didn’t see coming… and it all just ends up working out so well. Lena and Keith were kind of a last-minute couple for me. That is, I ended up being their lead photographer when, at first, I’d only planned on being their second shooter/assistant to another photographer. When plans changed a couple months before their wedding, I was asked to step up to be Lena and Keith’s main photographer. And I am SO GLAD that it worked out that way! Throughout the wedding day, I discovered more and more things about these two that made me feel like it was meant to be, including our shared love of one of my favorite places on the planet: Missoula, Montana. By the end of the day, I was like, yeah… these are my people!
Lena and Keith, I feel so lucky to have worked with you. Your day was so much fun and you were incredibly laid back and playful in the midst of all the wedding whirlwind. Also, your dance party? Please. Top notch (thanks to Magnolia Rhapsody!)
Here are a few of my favorites from the day.
